How I work
I work either as an adviser or as a fractional executive. As an adviser I provide guidance, encouragement and a steady eye to keep things on track. As a fractional executive I implement the agreed actions directly. Either way, you gain seasoned experience without the cost or commitment of a full-time hire.
Implementing AI, practically
Many SMEs are experimenting with AI but aren't sure they are gaining maximum benefit from it. Because I have built and run businesses myself, I approach AI very pragmatically – what will really make a difference, while minimising costs and risks. A short AI review is often the best place to start: a clear-eyed look at where AI can help, where it can't, and what to do first.

A little about me
I built a manufacturing, interiors and property group from zero to a £20M turnover. I’ve subsequently worked with a very wide range of businesses, in sectors as diverse as cognitive neuroscience and logistics. I bring that experience to other owners and boards as an adviser and non-executive director.
